Is this battery sufficient for my car?

So after the saga with the dodge panel beaters had to call racv when my car wouldn't start and they've dropped an racv battery in it. It had an original bmw one in there but in the whole 5 yrs ive owned the car I've never changed the battery. My car is rarely driven during the week only weekends and has the vert roof and angel eyes to run. Do you think this racv battery for bmw will be sufficient? Would have at least preferred a Bosch one had I not been able to get BMW. Should I get one from BMW do you think?
