Interior dome light problem

Hey guys so tonight I jumped in my 323i and realized my front interior domes weren't working but the ones in the back were so quickly I take out the front dome and check the connections as the wire moved they flicker and I realized if I push up on the connector that plugs in the dome they work perfect with the on and off switch does anyone know a solution ? Also my interior lights are led because it came with the car when I bought it and they worked fine for a year until now
