I'll start:
1- With dips be sure not to flare your elbows, keep them as close as possible to rib cage.
2- On incline bench press, don't lower arms below chest line
3- On weighted pullups, on the way down don't put much pressure on shoulder blades, try to stay firm and keep most pressure on lats and upper back
