Help with Water Pump Repair

I will be taking on a DIY water pump repair soon and I have a few questions... I have done my research and have a few videos to guide me ..



I have 110,620 miles. Almost everything has been updated or repaired except for the items I have questions about. I know if I replace the water pump, I should also do the water pump seal. I have been thinking about getting the aftermarket aluminum pulley..



should I really think about changing my mechanical belt tensioner to a hydraulic one? Also, is it necessary to change the idler pulley and belts ect? Or should I just check them and wait for noticeable damage..?



Also, is there anything I missed thy I should include?
