My friend and I were at this for a few hours today. First used a tool to lock the water pump pulley from moving and a 32mm wrench with a hammer, which didn't work. He's a tech so we switched to his air tools and still the damn thing still wouldn't budge.
Tried PB blaster, shocking it in the reverse direction and then back, etc. Even with the pulley locked from moving and the air powered wrench blasting away at it there was no movement. Incredible. It's as if the thing was put on with JB weld. :lmao:
What started off as an AC overhaul and electric fan conversion turned into one helluva drawn out day. Suggestions would be appreciated.
