335xi higher mileage worth buying?

I am thinking about buying an 07' 335xi it has 97,000 miles on it and they're asking $14000. It's loaded, sport, navi, but auto trans. Is this a good deal or worth buying with the turbo issues that could be down the road? I read that the high pressure fuel pump is covered until 120,000 miles or 10 years now. Is this true? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.
