05 E46 headlight focusing

Hi Guys, broke the passenger light yesterday, hit a crow at motorway speed. Anyway, I found a pair of lights, smoked , angel eyes for 200 euro. My question is, are the lights the same for right hand drive as for left hand drive? If they are, do they have to be adjusted/focused and how? cheers
