Rear Suspension Bushings

I'm getting tired of the bumps bangs and clunking sounds from the rear of my 330Ci so i'd like to replace ALL the rear end bushings.



Does anyone know of a shop in the GTA that will do this?

I'd attempt it myself as i'm quite handy but heard this is a PITA.
