Whats a fair price?

Considering buying a friends 01 330ci sport package. Topaz blue with tan interior, auto, 175k miles. Trying to figure out a fair price to offer him.



Body is in average shape for the age and mileage, a few minor door dings, about 3 scratches that are about 6" long (hood/door/rear bumper)



Interior is clean aside from the top part of the side bolster stitching on the seats is coming apart - but no tears, leather is in decent shape. Both door panels have 1 small tear each that looks like its from the seatbelt. Pillars are still in good shape
