Low speed driving rpm's going up and down. Normal?

So I've been noticing that at low speeds. 20-35mph 50-60mph my rpm will go up and down from about 1500-2200 which is especially noticeable while CC is on. It's not exactly erratic as it goes up hits 2.2k and then goes back down and repeats. I just notice the gentle tug as soon as it hits 2.2k rpms, which is way more obnoxious than it sounds sadly. My idle is perfectly fine, there are no noises of any kind and no CELs.



I couldn't find any posts that resemble this problem. Is this normal? Seams really cheesy for a car made by BMW=P
