330i Lower End Knocking Noise

Anyone got any ideas on what this noise is that I'm hearing from the lower end of the engine. It's a knocking/ticking sound and can't tell if it's coming from the engine or transmission. But it seems to be originating from the torque converter area. Noise is more prominent on the passenger side. It increases under acceleration and the car feels heavy while driving. The engine runs smooth without any other issues.
