M54 intake manifold swap question

I'm obviously going to use 328i throttle body bc of throttle cable stuff. I'm getting intake manifold. Gaskets and disa as well. Is that all I need? Secondly the question we all ask when we do things like this. How much hp do I gain from this mod? I already have headers. Aem cai. Custom exhaust setup as well as a tune from Mpower Houston
