'02 E46 M3 Problems

I just bought a e46 m3, needs a little love, coming from an e92 335i.



Some interesting non-oem features:



The trunk will not open from button or handle (key only)

The trunk will not unlock all doors

The Drivers door tumbler doesnt do sh!t.

the key is not programmed to the car.



FYI this has an aftermarket viper alarm on it :facepalm:
