E46 1999 retro fit steering wheel

Ok so I have a 1999 318se and I want to retro a multi function wheel I have the basic 3 arm triangle air bag wheel at the moment and want to go to the Msport with cruise etc. Is this a case of just swapping it over? Do I need anything special in terms or wiring? More fuse's? Any advice would be appreciated
