Help, is my front wheel bearing hub assembly missing a part? (Turner Motorsport)

Hi,



I bought the front wheel bearing hub assembly from Turner Motorsports. But looks like I'm missing some sort of cover on the front of the assembly as the wheel bearings are exposed:



And the old cover doesn't fit as the part is slightly different.











What do you think?
