Bumper - Name of piece that I'm missing?

I've been trying to locate the piece of my bumper that I'm missing, but can't seem to locate it on any diagram. It's directly below the passengers side fog light. It isn't very noticeable, as it just covers an extension of the lower grill. I've attached a picture. I will probably end up removing the piece from the drivers side, so it's symmetrical, unless I can find the piece elsewhere.
