my baby got hit :'(

So im feeling lonely at the house and decide to go for a late night cruise. Im just driving down a big two lane street when the light in front of me turn green so i dont slow down and just keep going and pass that crossing. When out of nowhere this 2014 chrysler 300c makes a left turn in the double yellow lines trying to get into a store that was there. He hit me right behind my door causing me to make a 180 and missing a pole by a few inches.

From this pic you guys think my bimmer will be totaled? The side airbags didnt deploy.
