GM5 issue with good relays

Hey guys. Just finally joined the forum after constantly using google to specifically search for results from this site. There is a wealth of knowledge here.

Anyways. Like alot of you have experienced, my FOB, locks, windows, wipers, and even interior lights have all quite working. I assumed I must have a bad GM5 after all of the research I did. What didnt coincide was that all mine quit working at once unlike how most go slowly. I cant recall any specific work done or changes to the car around the time this was triggered all though there have been significant events since Ive owned the car. Overheating issue, replaced bottle, bad head gasket, replaced head and gasket, bad battery, replaced battery, and I once left the sunroof open in a rain storm (problems didnt start until a few months after that happened).

So you're probably wondering why Im saying the relays are fine... Well originally I was going to replace them myseld but then decided to do some testing before getting into that. I took the module out of the case and started testing pins. Strangely enough, when I ground pin 22 or 12; the coil closes, contact is made, and the function works as intended. So every relay itself is working fine. I did find that pins 22 and 12 have power on them at all times. Im not sure if this is normal (maybe some power all seeps through the coil?)

I tested the grounds at the 2 window switches in the center console, there is continuity. Im feeling lost.

Any ideas are much appreciated.

Kris
