Do you count lubricate as a partial weight of the total freon needed?

I was about to recharge my a/c but encountered this question. Since the system needs 740 gm r-134a, I thought to use two cans of freon (19 oz + 13 oz). I was confused by Arctic Freeze Refrigerant, which says 13 oz on the can but most shops introduce it as 12 oz. So I asked their customer service and they told me "the AF-3/AF-3CA consist on 12 oz. of refrigerant & 1 oz. of lubricants/additives for a total of 13 oz. of product in the can."



So should I include the 1 oz of lubricants in the total weight of 740 gm refrigerant? Thanks!
