ABS Control Module w/Pump DIY

I have an 02' 330CI Vert. Does anyone have a DIY to remove/install the Control Module and pump with pics? Both of mine are defective and I need to replace with the one I purchased. I found several posts concerning reprogramming, but nothing regarding removal/installation. Also, I would like a final clarification on where you have to Bleed the brakes or not. Once again, some say you do some say you dont.
