Help! Radio says "CD ERROR"

2005 single disk "Business" head unit with Bluetooth. I simply ejected a CD, went to put another in, and it would not take it and said "CD ERROR".



Is there any recourse for this unit, and if not what are the issues replacing it...theft codes..bluetooth...wiring?
