Have you ever been so desperate to solve a problem you begin to entertain offering cash to whoever solves it correctly first.
I have a 2004 330xi experiencing electrical issues intermittently.
Some times it happens as soon as I start the car. Other times it happens later in the day. When it happens it's like someone turned off the power to the:
1. A/C
2. Illumination for the gauges
3. Blinker arrows in cluster. But blinkers work on the outside. Hazard lights function and light up on cluster. So what gives?
4. Seatbelt light stays on.
5. Aux connection for iPod stops working.
6. When doors open. Light image of car in cluster does not appear.
It will go away for hours then come back wile driving or after the car sat for 30 minutes.
So far I have replaced the General Module and had it programmed by the dealer. No change.
Could it be a common relay?
Any ideas?
