Was messing around with the car this weekend, and did a newer style ignition coil swap, but I was pretty pleased to see how clean it was underneith the valve cover once I took it off. Dont know what the previous owner did for oil change intervals or what kind of oil they used. I personally use Shell Rotella 5w40 synthetic and change it out ever 5k miles.
