I have searched around the forums and haven't found anything related to my issue. This has happened twice.
Both times I was driving along, the engine was warm and the car was driving well. The first time was on the highway going about 80mph. I started to accelerate and my SES light came on when I pushed the pedal down and the rpms when up. I pulled over and turned the car off for about 5 mins. Started it back up and the light was still on. I drove home very slowly and let the car sit for about 3 hours before checking again. When I came back the light was off. I read my codes with my scanner and no problems came back.
The second time was this morning going about 35 mph. Again, the engine was warm. I started to accelerate up to 45 mph and when I pushed the pedal, the light came back on. It's not every time I drive either. These incidents were about 4 days apart. Any ideas?
