I have some serious rust issues I need to address soon. I'd like to learn DIY. I don't mind if it doesn't come out factory - but it is important to give a full effort and do this the best way.
I want to start with the spot under my right kidney grill and the trunk to practice.
Where do you guys buy these supplies?
Primer?
Paint?
Clear coat?
Applicators?
Then once confident - Is this fixable without "bondo", i'm assuming sand hard and apply rust converter. Should I sand it off for now and see what I'm up against?
