revs jumping, dropping when idle please help !!! video attached

I have BMW E46 2003 318CI Automatic



had this rev problem for a while now changed spark plugs, cleaned MAF twice, cleaned throttle, still no change... and all intake pipes seems to be ok. Would be great if someone could share experience if came across with something similar..
