realoem part number question

I am going to be changing rotors and pads in a couple weeks, and was going to order new guide bushings [just stopped at the local dealer and they don't have them] so realoem says p/n-34111157038 2 quantity.

Is this 2 for one side, as in the p/n has 2 in it? so order 2 sets or 2 needed so order 4 for both front calipers?

135000 miles on the car so I figure I might as well have them, last time brakes were done by dealer when I bought the car so don't know if they changed them then or not [work order didn't say on it]

next question, should I upgrade to brass or just go with this idea of ordering oem?

and I am assuming the "brake pad paste" that real oem shows in the parts breakdown is the equivalent of the plastilube high temp that seems to be the recommended for the pad sliding areas? cant find the plastilube here locally, so I have to / can order plastilube #3 or "plastilube moly" 3, both say high temp, either will probably work?

thanks

doug

I usually get p/n's from realoem, and order from getbmwparts, unless theres a better place?
