Misfire at Idle

Problem is as follows. Car is a 2001 330I with 5 speed. Heres a quick rundown of events in bullet format.

-wed night, fill up tank from 1/8 tank on my home from work.

-thurs, get a ses light but car runs fine thurs and fri.

-sat, starts misfiring badly thirty minutes into a drive while sitting at idle, runs good when on throttle.

-sat evening, get codes pulled at autozone. Cyl 1-6 misfire on start and a coolant below expected range (p0128 I think).

-sun, inspected easy to get to hoses/lines/intake, don't see anything obvious. Unplug maf sensor, idle smoothes out. Been driving it Sunday and today with maf unplugged.

-mon, obd2 bt adapter arrived. Using torque app, got the following. With maf unplugged getting p0102 (no maf voltage), p0171 (bnk 1 lean), and p0174 (bnk 2 lean). With maf plugged in getting p1342,p1346,p1350 (cyl 1,3,5 misfire on start) and the p0128 (coolant temp below range)

Right now I'm also waiting on the upgraded disa parts from GAS to arrive, when it gets here I will do a more thorough inspection and spray some carb cleaner around. One thing I can't figure out, why would I not get the lean codes with the maf plugged in, but get them with it unplugged? Aren't the sensors bypassed when in open loop mode, shouldn't it be the other way around? Also, why the thermostat code only with the maf plugged in?

What are some other potential causes? Ccv? I originally thought it might be bad gas so I ran half a tank, topped it off with good gas and burned 1/3 of a tank with no improvement.
