Khoalty Kidney Grilles - Tabs Cracked During Installation

I finally got to install some Khoalty Kidney Grilles yesterday and two of the tabs cracked during installation. They seem to be holding right now. I emailed them to see if they could replace one of them if I sent them pictures, but Kevin said they don't warranty tabs that are cracked on installation. Has anyone else had this issue?
