GF's headlights went out on 2005 Acura TL. Any ideas?

Both of her low beam headlights went out on her 2005 Acura TL, but she still gets high beams fine. I think they are bi-xenons (so one set of bulbs, with a shield that deflects the beam up) so the bulbs/ballasts must be good right?



They went out at the same time.



Any idea what is wrong?
