"DNA Evidence at a Murder Trial" Question

Consider the following scenario.



A man is on trial in a jury for murder. A lab technician at the local police department runs a test of DNA found at the crime scene against 200,000 known criminals and murderers in their database. A match is found. The technician testifies his findings in court, and says that the search tool is 99.999% accurate. The jury find this to be very good evidence. Do you agree, and why?
