euro m3

Hi does anyone know how to determine if an m3 is a euro or Canadian build?I am in the process of buying an 04 m3 it has the German m logo(black/yellow) on the speedo and it is in Km only.75000 km 2 owner all records Ti Ag 6 speed.Mint shape 22,000 What do y'all think?Thanks for your input.
