Engine mods 03 320i?

I've been driving the e46 for a year now and I think it's time to get serious..I know it's funny because it's a 320i and not 330i..do plan to put in dinan cold air intake and new headers(not yet known).a new set of e90 rims (m-sports).and have it stances and have some bodywork done...CSL trunk/w CSL body..then 4 tip the straight pipes.. The color is pacific blue....any help or ideas?
