Dsc+t?

My brake light went on, on my 2002 325ci, so I checked my brake fluid and it was full. So then I decided to change my brakes. The orange light still remained on. Might be the brake sensors? Any ideas? I scanned it and it did not mark off anything for brakes. Thanks.
