$375 fuel pump replacement good deal?

I was quoted $375 for parts and labor on my car's fuel pump. I dont have the option of DIY due to lack of tools and the car won't even start at all. i had to have it towed 80 miles to my indy BMW shop. Is $375 an acceptable quote for the work?
