At least for now, that's what brown oil, and a good running engine tells me???
So, never have done one, I think I have the tools and the gumption to do it. Yes it's very heavy (have a engine lift) but the thing that I ponder is the timing chain. How's it come off? One piece or is there a link that allows it to be taken apart.
Could someone who has done one give a blow by blow, easy step by step?
Would really like to do this, it's my son's 330xi 2004. That way maybe I'll feel better about the purchase.
