Tire size for Apex Arc-8 non-M 17x8.5 square setup

325i vanilla non-M. 17x8.5 ET40 Arc-8s all around. Since this is apparently a popular wheel for BMWs, I was kinda hoping someone could give me a definitive tire size for these, something that has been proven to fit properly and give the right wheelwell-filling look without rubbing anything.



I'll be on Bilstein HDs & stock springs, non-sport, no drop, and I'm also thinking about replacing the sway bars with some thicker H&Rs. I'd like best handling/ride quality/fuel economy compromise. Not a track car, just a daily. Just getting tired of the style 45s.
