Weird Driver Side Mirror Issue.. (distorted view)

So I recently purchased an OEM mirror glass from ECS tuning since the old one was starting to show its age. After I installed the mirror glass on the car and took it for a ride, everything in the mirror appeared to be "warped", or distorted. I took the mirror glass off to inspect, and with the glass off and in my hand, the reflection seems to be fine. I re-installed the mirror and everything looks distorted again:hmm:



anyone run into something like this?
