Need input on this!! To good to be true??

Ive been in the market as some of you know... my consistent threads... sorry. But this was just posted and hes only 15min away from me. This price... wow... looks like its had alot work done already. i know i know.. ppi. I left a message on his VM and go from there... plan on looking at it tomorrow after work. Hopefully... I would change the wheels though, I like the stock look.
