$22k for an SUV, what do you get?

I've been driving a 2008 Yukon for the last ~6 months or so. A family friend has been wanting to buy it and has recently asked again and offered $22k for it, which got me thinking about selling it. Having never owned an SUV before this I'm really liking it, so if I do sell I would want another SUV, but maybe not something so big (this one has 3 rows of seats), and I wouldn't mind going back to 3 pedals either, although I think the only option there would be a Wrangler and I'm not sure I want something that "rough" coming from what I'm currently driving. Opinions?
