2001 e46 330 i. Idles rough then dies when you put it in gear

I have a 2001 e46 sedan auto. I bought this in the summer with the help of my dad. 107k miles. We have replaced all six coils, new sparkplugs, new expansion tank, water pump, changed oil and filter. Ran like a dream for a while. Now she sits. It starts up but will idle rough then die. Responds to the throttle when parked. Dies as soon as i put it in gear. My dad and i did the coil and sparkplug replacement and oil change. A shop did the expansion tank and water pump. It passed Maryland's emission tests. It shows a p0171 and p0174 code on our reader. Im really missing driving her. Help!!!!
