How do I adjust headlights?

Hi,



I think some crackhead at my local gym backed into the front end of my car. Luckily there is no damage, but one grill was loose and I took it off.(Haven't put it back on, because I'm afraid it will fall off. I'll address this another time)



But, my headlights must be pointed up now, because they don't shine on the roadway. How do I adjust them?
