E46 Coupe 9,5J ET37 rear?

I'm thinking about buying this set of wheels; Link



They're available in 8,5J ET35 (front) and 9,5J ET37 rear.

I'm a bit worried about the rears, will they fit without rubbing? (And without rolling?)
