I'm going to do some serious work on my lighting. I'm going to be doing a projector/HID for my low beams, possibly my highs and fogs(if I can find projectors that fit).
I've been reading a lot on people having issues with using standard HID ballasts. Causing the dash to malfunction and possibly catch fire?
If I install a relay kit, will I still need canbus ballast?
Has anyone ran a 55w ballast? I'll most likely be running 5k bulbs.
I've used this before with other vehicles and it worked great.
