I have a 2000 328i sedan. When I lock and unlock my car, the only way I know when it locks/unlocks is when I hear the locks engage/disengage. Is there any way for me to activate the blinking indicators? My dad's E39 has it, and I think my car would look cool with it. I went to the dealer today and they quoted me $138. I want to be able to do it myself without having to spend any money (college student problems).
On a side note, do you guys know if my car can beep/chirp even if I don't have a siren? If so, how do I activate it?
