New head unit

Hello all. I am looking a replacing my head unit in my 2004 318i. At the moment it has a double din unit that has a tv and computer, no navigation or dvd, looks like tv has been converted to digital and is in the boot on passenger side. I am looking at the Eonon GA7150. If I purchase this unit do I need the 5 meter cable? Will the tv still work with this unit? Is it a plug and play install.
