Help needed tricky ET

Hi,

I have a problem with the offset...
E46 coupe facelift, I have a set of RH zw3 18'', 9 and 9.5J.
et 53 front and 47 rear
The problem is on the front:I have airride suspension and the front wheel rubs bad, the tires are 215/40.
I have 13mm spacers in front, so the final ET is 40.I measured that I need another 2,5 cm clearence so that the wheel doesnt hit the bag.
So I will need 40 mm spacers to fit that wheel.

My question is: Will I be alble to fit a 9J et 13 wheel on front? If i have to, I will roll or pull the fenders...
