FEE: $50 (i.e. $100 returned to you once kit is received back)
ADDITIONAL FEES: $5 for each shim replaced
DURATION: 2 weeks (can be negotiated if need be)
The shim kit includes about 6 of each 8.9 mm diameter shim sized from 1.72 mm to 2.60 mm in 0.04 mm jumps. The shims are WiseCo (OEM equivalent hardness and precision) in additional to some used OEM shims from people having swapped theirs out (note: shims are not a wear item).
Also included is the OEM BMW magnetic pickup tool specifically for the valve adjustment. I can also include a micrometer if desired.
