I have a 2000 328i with ~ 210,000 miles. I think I am due for a suspension refresh due to lots of noise -thumping/clunking/chatter from the front end when going over bumps. At 75,000 miles, the previous owner did the following: replaced the front control arms/bushing with Lemforder OEM arms and bushings, replaced front sway bar with OEM M3 26mm sway bar, replaced rear sway bar with H&R 21mm sway bar, installed OEM ZHP (i.e. sport) springs, and Koni FSD dampers with new OEM strut mounts. I replaced the sway bar end links at ~ 137,000 miles. I have always had trouble with the front passenger tire wearing faster than the other three. I had an alignment done at ~ 187,000 miles. During recent maint & inspection work, I noticed that one of the three studs in the front passenger strut mount is broken. I am not sure how long it has been broken, as nothing was mentioned by the shop that did the alignment. It does seem to slightly pull to the passenger side, even after the alignment. (just not quite as bad)
For my upcoming refresh, I am replacing RTAB with OEM M3 bushings with limiters, replace front control arms and FCAB with Meyle HD, and replace the broken passenger strut mount. My question is what is the expected life span of Koni FSD struts? The car seems to handle well without any obvious bouncing or leaning. When I had it up on jack stands, it did seem like I could move the passenger side tire up a little more/easier than the drivers site, but that is very subjective. My question is could the excessive passenger tire wear be due to the broken strut mount bolt or potentially one failed Koni FSD strut (or both)? Will I be able to tell once I remove the passenger strut if it is failed and needs replaced? I was hoping not to have to replace the struts, as I have already shelled out quite a bit for full cooling system replacement, OFHG replacement, PS hose/reservior replacement, and upcoming suspension refresh. The bad thing is that I only see is the Koni FSD struts sold in full front/rear sets and can't be purchased individually. I was only planning on replacing the front struts in event of a failed passenger strut.
I really love the car and have been happy with the handling and look of the FSDs/OEM ZHP springs. I am hoping to keep the car to see ~300K miles which will be another 4-5 years, so willing to do what is right for maintenance and to continue to enjoy the ride. It is my DD, and don't want to go any more aggressive in ride (no tracking, just spirited driving). Let me know what recommendations if I need to replace the Koni FSD's and what to potentially replace with if only replacing the front struts.

How long do Koni FSD's last?
