I finally had time to remove the diff and to replace the diff bushings(went with ECS poly bushings) and while its out im gonna check the diff oil/fluid but a buddy was talking about welded diffs and as im interested in sliding the car a bit for fun maybe itd help.
- i was curious if anyone had good/bad experiences with welding an open differential.
-How is it with just general driving use?(its not my every day car but weekends only)
-What are the dangers of failure?
